Note The Friday activities do not feature on the Entry Form for the weekend. However, if you plan to join the Morgan or the Westons visits, you MUST let me know beforehand so that catering and tour groups can be organized with the venues in advance. You will then make payment on the day directly to the venues. The Morgan tour price is £21-60 and the Westons tour is £12-50.
Can I ask all entrants, spectators, traders and displayers to go to the online entry list at http://prewarprescott.com/?page_id=547 if you have not already done so, and double check your entry is recorded properly. I will be sending out all the tickets, etc. at the end of June and want to be as certain as possible that all are correct. The list is updated as new entries arrive. If you have ANY questions about the weekend or need help in any way, DO e-mail me at email@example.com and I will do my best to sort you out. Far better to do it now rather than on the day!
As far as the BMW Historic Motor Club is concerned, we will still hold our display of eligible cars in the paddock on Saturday and our dinner at the Clarence Court Hotel will now take place on Friday, 10th September. Anyone who is not a resident at the hotel is welcome to join us for dinner, please just let me know if you wish to do so, firstname.lastname@example.org. The rooms at the Clarence Court Hotel are now fully booked.
A number of our members have already entered the Sunday Scenic Tour.
