1939 Frazer Nash –BMW 326 Saloon. Chassis 113302 Reg. CBT 600

One of a batch of three 326 cars, delivered to Isleworth, all unpainted in June, 1939, with the latest style single blade bumpers. It wasn’t registered for the road until November 1940 when it was seconded to the RAF.

The first Frazer Nash archive entry shows its release from the RAF in 1947. In 1948 the car was sold and the owner commissioned Anthony Crook Motors to fit a Bristol engine, gearbox, propshaft and rear axle.

After further owners the car ended up in the Bristol area where it remains today. The buff log book shows that it was in the ownership of Mr Ted Chick in the early 1990s.

A comprehensive report of this car showing much detail can be found in the February 2022 issue of Classic and Sportscar.

The correct Bosch 326 headlamps are included in the sale. For further information please contact Mike Dutton Tel 01544 327404
